Romanian products a must in hypermarkets
The Agricultural Consultant at the French Embassy in Bucharest, Pierre Schwartz, said that the sale of local products in hypermarkets must become a priority in Romania, because store shelves should not be filled with foreign goods.
“Romanian products must be developed. I cannot understand why Romania imports vegetables when the country’s produce is so good,” added Schwartz. The French official indicated that in the ten years he has been in Romania, he has seen much progress in the area of agriculture.
